The 4 major secondary exchanges have a TOTAL of 10 badges up for tomorrow’s Masters round. The cheapest is $16,926 a badge. Augusta underwent a major crackdown in the last month. Brokers that need badges have either broken their orders or lost significant $ to fill them.

Once inland later this week, Helene will be pulled the northwest, rotating around an upper low over Arkansas. This is known as the "Fujiwhara effect", which is pretty unusual at this latitude. The tropical system and the upper low will basically rotate around each other.
