@TheHoopHerald @Pnewt0n Shooting with a defender is obviously more challenging, but with high school kids, and especially younger, shot selection is so important. I don't want you taking a shot with a guy in your face. We want open shots so that is what we practice.

Anyone can make stand still, open shots, with nobody guarding them Pros work on GAME shots, at game pace, with a defender Make practice harder than the game so the game shots seem easy 🔑 (Via NBA Trainer @Pnewt0n 🎥)

Big district game tonight, and it's Coaches vs Cancer Night! There will be a limited number of t-shirts, ribbons, and spots on the media table for sale as well. All proceeds will be going to the American Cancer Society. Come out and watch a big game, and support a great cause!

Bears opened the season Monday night with a 50-35 victory over Legacy Christian on Veterans Day. The Bears are now 1-0 and play again on Friday 11/22 vs Buna. Bears were led by Dane Hawk 17 pts; 5 3’s Darrion Morris 12 pts Devon Doe 9 pts
