@British_Airways Trying to get through on phone to discuss cancelled flight as per instructions on manage booking but phone line is being cut off because ‘too busy’! Need to discuss with someone ASAP.

@British_Airways cancelled flight BA0388 to Brussels at 6.35am this morning due to #heathrowairport disruptions but. Been given a flight change to 2pm even though Heathrow is shut all day.. no option to decline flight, told to ring but cannot get through to anyone! Awful service.
