2/2 My reflection is that @larkriseprimary is a truly remarkable School. On the top of this I'm so lucky to be its headteacher leading the Larkrise family with @cstewart16 & @ScottInTheSouth
I can't tell a lie I got a bit emotional reading some of the reports!

1/2 I have spent Sunday morning reading our Yr6 reports and reflecting where we were as a school when I first met them in Yr3. I can't believe how far these children have come. Even more remarkable that this was done through covid and all the other challenges thrown our way.

@DannyYee @ForrisHilier @larkriseprimary @larkriseprimary has balance bikes in EYFS and Bikeability in Yrs 5&6. This year we worked with @OxfordHub to secure 12 bikes for children. @larkriseprimary also provided cycle helmets and lights. Our aim is for 100% of children to complete a Bikeability course.

I rarely put my head above the parapet on behaviour as everyone immediately falls into the warring camps. Behaviour management at a whole school level requires structures and systems that promote consistency and fairness for both yp and adults.
