Brentford is such a well-run club - ditched the academy set-up for the B-Team model in 2016 but shifted back in 2022.
Now 4 years later they’ve achieved Cat 1 status and no doubt they’ll continue producing quality talent.

Surprised at how many seem to be questioning this move - not a bad step at all considering the platform the Eliteserien provides 🇳🇴

🇺🇸 Sources: Norwegian club Fredrikstad SK will sign rising American attacker Gabriel Wesseh. Wesseh turns 18 in May... will join then. Wesseh had 4g/7a in MLS Next Pro with Atlanta United's second team this year. Atlanta wanted to keep him, but Wesseh will head to Fredrikstad.

As an SD, Wilcox has done a solid job at MUFC so far.
Cunha + Mbeumo have been good additions (don’t let G/A numbers fool you), Sesko is growing into his role, and Lammens has been a steal.
All the pieces are there for this team to get top 4.

Crazy that football (soccer 😉) beat out the American past time!
Given the direction the NBA is heading in and the World Cup this year, not so far fetched to suggest there could be a new number 2 (way) down the road.
