Total carnage at @bhx_official this morning. How can an organisation get it so wrong? 1 hour 40 mins in the security queue. If we weren’t stuck in the queue then we would be spending money with your retailers. #totalincompetence

@bhx_official I am amazed about how badly organised security is at Birmingham Airport. One hour in the queue already and we can’t even see the X Ray Scanners! If you were efficient at getting us through then we would be spending money in your shops and restaurants 🤦‍♂️

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail I appreciate you might be getting a few requests for “where is my parcel, I posted it X days ago”. I wonder if posting some indicative timescales publicly might help us to understand the issues and reset our estimations on when they might arrive 🤔

@easyJet I am trying to book flights via the IOS app. I can choose the departure airport and also the destination, but nothing happens when I try to select dates. Is there an issue?
