Very poor service from @Lec_Fridges after purchase of faulty fridge. Engineer visited but did nothing & have just spent 55 minutes on hold only to be cut off without a reply. 'Our loyal customers remain our priority?' - really - evidence is different! #poorservice #covidexcuses

@Rugbydoris Good Morning, I am sorry but this is not something we would do. The doors would all come out the same way and this is something the customer/kitchen fitter would have to do if it is possible on the appliance. Full instructions will be given in the handbook. Best Wishes, Rebecca

@Lec_Fridges hi just bought lec cf150lw mk2 chest freezer and following the instruction book cannot change the pre set temperature of - 18 and also the fast freeze function. Is the book wrong? I have attached a photo of the procedure in the instruction book

Fridge freezer 18 months old given up the ghost. No confidence in @Lec_Fridges

@Lec_Fridges hi the one I was looking at said the extra 2 years was available from the manufacturer if I registered the freezer within 28 days we presumed with you, not that anyone has stock

@Lec_Fridges hi do all your chest freezers come with a 1 or a 3 year warranty.
