that last photo was her at choir prom. her first time wearing a dress out, the day before the murder. I’m so proud of her for living how she wanted to, she was so gorgeous.

I was told by a 22yr old today that there was no way people were writing 10 page papers without AI.

🚨 IT IS NOW 2026 AND ELI WOOD IS STILL MISSING 🚨 Kitchener, Ontario A new year has started. Calendars have changed. But for one family, time has stood still. Eli Wood is still missing. Eli was last heard from on October 18, 2025. The following morning, on October 19, 2025, emergency crews responded to a house fire on Major Street in Kitchener where Eli lived. Police later confirmed the fire was intentionally set. Weeks later, on November 4, 2025, investigators announced they had grounds to believe foul play was involved in Eli’s disappearance. Since then, there have been no public answers. The Waterloo Regional Police Service has acknowledged the significant public interest in Eli’s case and has confirmed that this remains a very active and ongoing investigation. Police have stated they are limited in what they can release publicly in order to protect the integrity of the investigation, and that a family liaison officer remains in daily contact with Eli’s loved ones. That means this case is not forgotten. It is not cold. And it still needs the public’s attention. Eli is not just a case number or a headline. Eli is someone’s child. Someone’s friend. Someone who is deeply loved and desperately missed. Eli’s description: • 4 feet 10 inches tall • 85 to 95 pounds • Green eyes • Partially white eyebrows • Tattoos include a flower and seahorse on the left forearm and a rainbow on the right upper arm As we move forward into 2026, we are carrying Eli Wood’s name with us. We are asking you to do the same. 📣 Please look at Eli’s photos. Share this post. React. Comment. Tag others. Every interaction helps push this story further. If you have any information at all, please contact Waterloo Regional Police Service at 519-570-9777 ext. 8191 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Someone knows something. Eli matters. #EliWood #StillMissing #Now2026 #KitchenerOntario #HelpFindEli #MissingPerson #SomeoneKnowsSomething

Today marks Nakba Day, an annual day of remembrance to commemorate the expulsion of more than 700,000 Palestinians between 1947 and 1949 during the creation of the State of Israel and the year that followed. Inea is a New Yorker and a Nakba survivor. She shared her story with us — one of home, tradition and memory over generations.
