On Sunday, @GalaxEye's Mission Dristhti satellite successfully separated from SpaceX's Falcon 9. This is India's largest privately developed satellite, and it's also the first-ever satellite to combine MSI with SAR. We took a tour of their facility to see what it's like to be at the cutting edge of spacetech. 00:00 - GalaxEye's Origin Story with Co-Founder Kishan Thakkar (VP Engineering) 04:35 - Hands-on with Proprietary SAR Prototypes 11:14 - GalaxEye's Aircraft-Mounted SAR Prototype 16:41 - GalaxEye's PCB Lab 17:21 - The Stages of Building and Deploying a Satellite 22:45 - GalaxEye's POEM Launch 24:48 - GalaxEye's Mission Drishti Satellite 26:45 - Why Hasn't Anyone Else Done This? 29:56 - GalaxEye's S2O Foundation Model with Co-Founder Rakshit Bhatt (VP of Product) 36:57 - GalaxEye's World Model 38:16 - GalaxEye's Future Trajectory with Co-Founder Denil Chawda (CTO) 46:00 - India's Spacetech Industry with Co-Founder Suyash Singh (CEO)

Separation Confirmed! The world's first OptoSAR Satellite is now in space. Made in India for the world. Go Drishti! Go @GalaxEye! Go India!

Today, we’re taking a step toward truly galactic-scale capabilities. 🚀 We’re partnering with @SarvamAI to bring sovereign AI into orbit aboard India’s first orbital data centre satellite, a pathfinder mission bringing datacenter-class GPUs and high-performance remote sensing together in space. Built and operated by Pixxel, with Sarvam providing the AI backbone, the demonstrator marks a step toward making orbital data centres real, operational, and scalable from India. May the 4th be with us all! ✨
