@VirginAustralia had my first awful experience with you as a dedicated VA customer for years. Flight to Queenstown cancelled last minute. Hotel accommodation for tonight booked. Went to the VA service desk and the staff couldn’t care. Holiday, anniversary and Christmas ruined!

@CadburyAU fascinated to know why the standard size Creme eggs come out at the beginning of the year but by late March/early April they disappear. You can still get the mini ones and other varieties but the standard size ones have completely disappeared.
