All of this is while USDE was overcollateralized, continuing to function with no downtime, and processed mints and burns. The @chaoslabs price methodology saved 4.5 billion worth of positions on @aave, and saving users ~180m in liquidation penalties, and cascades thereafter. This pricing methodology was developed following a lively debate within the DAO.
