I have lost control over my own bank account and no authority is helping. ECS NACH debits are happening but the app shows no active mandates. I cannot cancel anything. Charges keep increasing and now a lien is placed on my account. This has been going on for months.

@abhealthin Policy document itself Page 6 and 7 clearly shows maternity expenses under optional covers. If this plan does not support maternity, why is it mentioned in the policy and why was it represented at the time of sale?

@abhealthin After completing 3 years in 2024, when I tried to opt, your team denied it stating this plan does not support maternity and I must buy a new plan with fresh waiting period. Now you claim I did not opt earlier. How could I opt earlier when I was explicitly told to wait 3 years?

@abhealthin I have already been following up for more than 1 year with full evidence. Policy sold in 2020 with clear representation that maternity cover can be opted after 3 years. After completing waiting period in 2024, your team denied it.
