@qrsupport still no news! It’s only been 2 and a half months now with absolutely zero contact from a representative. Seriously why is this so difficult and why is your customer service so appalling!! Happy to charge shedloads for flights but not willing to help in any way!

@qrsupport I find it absolutely appalling customer service that it’s taken this long. Business class flights are not exactly cheap and for it to be missing for this long and to not have any further correspondence during the 2 months is outrageous.

@qrsupport But it’s said the same thing for over 2 months now. Surely it can’t be that difficult to track as it was left in a safe compartment next to my seat in business class, which would clearly have all my contact details attached to the seat number etc 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@British_Airways @qatarairways absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lost baggage, no help what so ever and was promised by both airlines that our baggage would arrive our destination. Delayed flight also from @British_Airways is the reason for all this mess!!

@qrsupport My luggage was found and delivered to me. But I’d like to know why I was whole heartedly promised that my luggage would be on the following flight from the one I was on (30 minutes after) and I was completely lied to.
