Opinionated but quite informed My views on politics and governance are driven by LOGIC. Tech and Finance literate.

People really struggle to see that Peter Obi represents a new brand of politics. When he wins, he will signal to the polity there's a different way to play politics successfully that prioritises the will of the people over political patronage. More people will shift their politics to reflect his successful approach as a result.

Flutterwave operates in over 30 countries, with a presence across Africa, Europe, and North America , while Paystack is available in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and Kenya. Moniepoint's core operations are still essentially Nigeria-only, with the UK MonieWorld launch being a remittance product rather than a full market entry. From the product architecture where scale is really considered, Flutterwave and Paystack are payment infrastructure companies, APIs that businesses plug into. What Moniepoint APIs are out there? Have you used any? Flutterwave secured 34 US Money Transmitter Licenses and expanded regulatory approvals across Ghana, Cameroon, Senegal, and Zambia in 2025. Moniepoint's model which is POS terminals, agent networks, business banking, loans is a lot more operationally heavy and harder to replicate abroad quickly. So maybe before you call me loud and wrong, start with a definition of terms, so you don't resemble what you project.

To those who have made the difficult decision to move on to a new platform, I offer my genuine respect and best wishes. These are hard choices,We are all fighting for a better Nigeria, even when our roads diverge. I want to make it clear that I am staying in the (ADC). 🤝

I think it eas @DoubleEph that made the point yesterday. You can count to several Interswitch alumni who have gone on to found other tech companies. Same applies to Flutterwave, Paystack, Opay etc. But Africa's richest man has had very little ripple effect in replicating himself or his business model across Nigeria

I’ve been trying to find 10 Relationship Managers for a Fintech, it’s been difficult. This isn’t even a specialized role. 50 is a stretch.

Moniepoint CEO dey muzz me Ask him to pay global salaries he will start to stammer. That you cant find 500 people to fill roles is bullshit. He should just say he cant find people who will take a mountain of work for shitty salaries.

When Professor Rahman Bello was the VC of unilag as far back as 2015, this man will literally pray jummah with us side by side. There was a time he came late for Jummah and had to pray outside on the mat, laid on the bare floor…. A whole VC of unilag sitting on the ground 😭

Funke Akindele said she stopped attending church because cameras are always on her, bro nobody send your papa inside mosque, no VIP section, no camera, no famzing, you go stand up pray like you’re nothing

JJ Omojuwa is one of those people on this app I admire a lot. Before he comes here to drop a tweet calling out anyone or any organization, just know he is going to get results. Yesterday, he called out an individual impersonating Mike Adenuga. Boom, the account was suspended. Today, he called out the French Embassy for holding on to his passport for 15 weeks. Boom, within minutes, the embassy was already in his DMs trying to sort things out. This is influence. This is a lesson to many on this app. Not everything is about chasing impressions for Elon Musk’s bag. Build your personality and credibility here.

“For the sake of democracy, we plead with those always going to court for litigation, don’t come to our party.” — Peter Obi addresses supporters after joining NDC

"There is a tide in the affairs of men Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune; Omitted, all the voyage of their life Is bound in shallows and in miseries. On such a full sea are we now afloat; And we must take the current when it serves,Or lose our ventures." 🤝

1 million impressions in an hour. Now that’s a presidential pull.

I’ve always bought iPhones and always from Apple direct or alternatively from Best Buy or Costco and I think once from Fry’s. So I’m trying to buy a brand new Samsung Fold 7 locally here and the price variation is outstanding. Up to a million naira. I’m hearing new terminologies like “Non Active” and “Repacked”. So my question is for someone like me that just wants a brand new factory sealed phone at discount price, where do you go? Thanks.
