@DrPamGosal Can anyone explain why anyone can be coerced into assisted dying if the bill states that the person must have a terminal illness and within 6 months of life before being considered and approved by a doctor. I don’t get it?

After much thought and consideration, I have decided to vote 'No' on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill. Firstly, there is a real fear that vulnerable people, including women who have suffered domestic abuse, could be coerced into taking their own lives. Secondly, many disabled people fear that their lives will be devalued and could be pushed to take their lives. Thirdly, the scope of this bill could be widened to include more illnesses and younger ages, as has been the case in other countries. Instead of creating a pathway for people to end their lives, we should be strengthening the palliative care services that help them live their final days with dignity, comfort and support.

Celtic paid 9 mil for Adam Idah and rangers paid 8 for Chernitti and now saying they were offered 13m for him

Let’s be honest, if Bowie was still at Fulham and had been on loan to Hibs would there be as much of an issue. It’s the fact he’s at hibs and not Fulham the biscuit tin suddenly short.
