@e1125186 @AsgerSR Hi Tracy, I got my VO2 Max up from 41 to 49 in 6 months. I’m 47. I use the assault bike for the weekly sprint portion of the VO2 Max training. That’s my personal preference for sprints to reduce orthopedic stress and risk. Lmk if you want the program I use.

Making awesome mobility gains so far in 2024. Go figure, moving younger and being pain free feels amazing. The difference is that now, mobility work is fully integrated with strength training. Much credit to @atgexercise

What do you do when your feet, ankles, knees, lower back, and shoulders are battered after decades of sports injuries? In my early 40s, I got stronger when I lifted weights. But I found myself walking funny. Stretching and yoga weren't enough. At 47 I decided this must stop.

Can someone explain to me why a burpee is HIGH RISK?! If an elderly or overweight person falls and want to get of the ground, a burpee would be the best way to get up (without the small jump) Also, if you need to lose 20+ pounds, chances are you’ll have more success with improving your diet than by avoiding certain exercises

Most people are so afraid of discomfort, they can't imagine: - feeling hungry for 3 hours - eating plain veggies as a snack with no sauce - walking barefoot through the woods - leaving the jacket behind on a cold day - sprinting every week

If you're hiring a coach, you're inviting their energy into your life. Hiring and firing until you have the right person is attending to the garden of your life. Doctors, coaches, instructors, personal trainers, etc.. Knowledge is table stakes. Hire for vibe.
