@AffinityWater Please can you tell me how long the works in Shenleybury will take please? The road closure is causing chaos in all the surrounding areas. You've made several attempts to carry out the work already, all of which have caused chaos and then been abandoned.

@Herts_Highways If the council are going to grant road closure after road closure in Shenley and the surrounding areas, could you at the very least, put in some proper measures to ease the chaos caused in the surrounding roads? How about a bit of joined up thinking?

@HMRCcustomers Apparently not. I tried online chat several times. Eventually, put through to an advisor, they said they can only help with technical problems. Is there a direct phone number? The general phone advisors said they can't help with self assessment queries, and the SA line is closed!

@lenarae01 Hi Lena, we do not use email for security reasons. The online chat is the best way to speak to someone about your self assessment account. Danial
