@Brady_H As a former NCAA skier and current coach of a skier racing at the games, I'd say his is around 84-87 mL/kg/mins. Several skiers with higher but aren't as efficient at such a high output; especially when coupled with such a complex movement that requires strength and athleticism.

@2007warpedtour Thin klister on a short kick zone. Let's you get the punch right under foot but won't compromise gliding speed. Of course having the right ski for these conditions (high, quick closing pocket) is important too.
