@lenkidon Trans people have been around since ancient times. Isn't it interesting that since Trump took office and they began their "hate" toward this community suddenly it's a problem.

Literally no one cares if a "trans man" uses the men's bathroom. Even right wingers seem to forget the reason we have separate bathrooms is to protect women, not just for the sake of it.

@lenkidon It's nothing like that. Suggesting trans people are dangerous for no reason is like suggesting anyone in the world is dangerous for no reason. If women should be afraid, it's of heterosexual biologically born men; those are who commit violence against women.

@lenkidon Here's a trans woman. I assure you that you don't need "protection" from her. In fact, if anyone needs protection it is her. They are subjected to violent crimes far more than others.

@ZPoet Even if a normal woman chose to go in the men's bathroom no man would actually care. The men's bathroom only exists so we can have a women's bathroom that excludes men for the sake of protecting women. Conservatives acting like they care are just reacting without thinking.

When Saint Augustine invented the concept of original sin, he was using plotinus concept of the pre-existence of souls. That all mankind sinned in Adam because all souls were Adam's soul at one point. Origen also taught this neo-platonic idea of the pre-existence of souls in one pre-existent soul, and was condemned for it in the 3 Chapters of the 5th Ecumenical Council. Hence the Church has condemned the presupposition that augustinian original sin is dependent upon. So those who continue to hold to augustinian original sin would have been condemned for having origenist presuppositions at the 5th Ecumenical Council.

It's weird how they think the Bible is so hopelessly unclear and so thoroughly confusing that it can't be understood without a church telling you what it means. Why is the church so clear but the Bible so unclear?

@_Goteem_ @JMNewsNetwork_ If you think the Trinity is made up of 3 parts you don't understand it. The rules were not rewritten. Those rules only ever applied to Jews. Gentiles who became Christian were not required to become Jews or obey rules meant only for Jews. Those rules still apply to Jews.

I'm confused. I was told Jesus comprises 1/3 of God. I was also told the New testament rewrites some of the rules from the Old testament that have been outdated, among them prohibiting eating pork. So if God said in the Old testament not to eat pork, but then a third of him came to Earth and said that it's okay to eat pork, is it 2/3 of a sin to eat pork?

A Christian lady says that Pork is forbidden in Christianity: “The bible forbids pork because pigs are bottom feeders. They are the scum of the earth. How can you have a healthy body if you are consuming scum.”
