@lennydil Don’t get me wrong, live sports broadcasting is incredibly tough - you don’t get do overs on the edit - but in this instance I’m staggered more directors dont stick with the wide shot for the siren.

When will directors learn to be or stay on the wide shot for the siren? It captures the lower level of the Warne Stand (usually full of club members) going berserk. It’s one of the best shots in footy broadcasting: a packed MCG reacting to a big win.
