@Chest3rb @BenjiNaesen You can apply for prototype status and use it for 12 months if granted. That‘s pretty common :) Additional info: If the prototypes do not hit the shelves after 12 months, you have to reapply under tighter scrutiny!

@BenjiNaesen Can you explain why prototype pedals which are not available on the market are allowed, but Gravaa which is orderable is forbidden?

I know it’s due to their partnership with Shimano but Jasper Philipsen having a different cleat set-up than Mathieu van der Poel in a race like #ParisRoubaix, where bike changes are extremely likely, is not the smartest decision the team has ever made.
