The Ethereum mindset: come to our ecosystem and build unstoppable applications with whatever customizations you want. Any VM, any sequencing rules, any creative use-case.
Ethereum's modular approach is abundance mindset. It is a bet on developer creativity and infinitely many new applications. It is the future of crypto that I want to believe in.
Very obvious that this future requires > 1 computer and also an architecture that supports the full-stack customizability all the best builders require.

the "it won't fit in a single computer" thesis is special what's not going to fit in a single computer? what do you want to fit in the damn computer? 😂 different parts of the architecture handle different kinds of load, what if the entire load of a validator can indeed fit into a single cluster? what proof do you have of the opposite? saying that "you need multiple servers" without any nuance or substance whatsoever is insane yeah folks we REALLY need to scale our 0 users to infinity, trust me, history says it all, we just need many many computers, like giga amounts of tiny computers, not a single computer, that's bad! single computer bad! what do you have there? a 50gbps line? a 200 core / 3ghz chip? no! bad! multiple toasters + unnecessary fragmentation and complexity = good.
