My co-founder and I built an audience of 70,000+ LinkedIn followers in 2 years. That booked us 170+ meetings in our first 2 months at Workflows. But a vast majority of B2B teams post on LinkedIn with zero system behind it. 1. Their content gets engagement but nobody actually books a call from it. 2. There is no workflow connecting post engagement to their CRM. And the BIGGEST gap is the content mix itself. Too many teams dump effort into case studies and product promotions before the audience trusts them. They skip the trust-building phase entirely and wonder why LinkedIn isn’t bringing them any leads... Even though everyone tells them it should be one of their best channels. So… We built a 7-step social selling framework to fix exactly this and published the full system on our blog. It includes: 1. Complete 7-step framework from audience building to conversion 2. The 70/20/10 content split for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU 3. 14 content formats mapped to funnel stage 4. 5 buyer signal types to track for pipeline 5. Contact capture to CRM workflow 6. Recommended weekly posting cadence BONUS: Our complete content OS in Notion… the same one we use to organize everything content related for our clients. If you want it: Comment: "SOCIAL" And I’ll DM it to you ASAP

In Feb, I applied Alex Hormozi's lead magnet framework to LinkedIn. In a few weeks, I went from: - 1.5k -> 3.9k followers - Booking 0-1 calls/mo -> 5-15/mo - Getting ~1k -> ~15-30k impressions/mo Before, I didn't realize how saturated the feed was with content. Because nowadays... LinkedIn is a WALL of "Comment X and I'll DM you" posts (and 'thought leadership' content in general). Everyone has figured out that lead magnets are the method. Yet, it's becoming harder and harder to stand out with it. If you're posting "free PDFs" on LinkedIn and nobody is commenting for them, you already know what I'm talking about. → Your ICP used to comment on every giveaway post. Now they scroll past yours without blinking. → Your lead magnet sounds like the same "Ultimate Guide" as the 8 other people in your niche → You're giving away a google doc that took you 20 minutes to make and wondering why nobody cares → The leads that DO come in are garbage because your magnet attracted everyone instead of your actual buyer Hormozi's framework is what separates the top performing lead magnets that go viral + book calls from the ones getting buried. His data shows lead magnets beat direct offers on overall ROAS AND scale better. But ONLY when yours has real value and real differentiation. That said... I just put his ENTIRE system into a free Notion kit. Inside: 1) Hormozi's real ROAS data on lead magnets vs direct offers 2) The 3 Value Vectors: Speed, Risk, Ease (so your offer stops being interchangeable) 3) The Splinter Strategy: how to give away something that actually costs you to deliver 4) My naming formula for lead magnets that cut through a saturated feed 5) Plug-and-play giveaway post template Want me to send it? 1. Comment "HORMOZI" 2. Follow @aidanb2b And I'll DM it to you. PS: Everyone's posting lead magnets now. The question is whether yours stands out or gets buried. This kit is how you make sure it stands out.

My clients have added $500,000,000+ in ARR. I didn't get there by being the smartest guy in the room. I spent 4 years inside Amazon. Managed 2,500+ people. Studied how they actually operate at scale. Then I left and spent the next decade applying it to agencies. 6,000+ of them. What I found: almost every founder is solving the wrong problem. I took the whole diagnostic I run with clients — the one that's generated tens of millions — and put it in a PDF to train an LLM to coach you. Upload it to Claude. It coaches you through the Amazon process. Finds your two biggest problems. Builds a plan to solve them. Walks you through it step by step. Comment $$ and I'll send it.

Purpose (=intrinsic motivation) is real. The strongest driver of behavior, crucial for succees in business So yes, follow your passion. But pair it with real-life utility. And you'll be set for life

.@brian_armstrong wrote down every idea he was working on and asked himself one question: "Would I do this for 20 years with little to no success?" Only one thing made the list. He moved to Silicon Valley. 7 years later, Coinbase hit a billion dollar valuation.

¿Quo vadis, Javier?

The real reason Miami won't be a power player in tech is that it just isn't welcoming to ugly and/or dorky people. Ugly dorks can't bend beauty standards here like they can in other cities so they leave with their heads down. For example, in Paris, some dude can look like he survived a famine but throw on a turtleneck and suddenly he is a model? In Miami, that guy would get ignored. In NYC, women can shave their heads and find friends in Brooklyn to call them pretty, in Miami, we call that weird. No one wants to admit it but it is true.
Westside L.A. Guy@WestsideLAGuy

As I said before, Miami is overhyped. 2 key problems with Miami: -Lack of elite universities -Elite human capital don’t want to live there. An underrated driver is the dearth of Asian Americans, a group disproportionately represented in tech. They simply don’t like Miami.
