Sorry New Outlook, I gave you a red-hot go (again!!) and you failed me. This time subfolders off the Inbox disappeared along with their Move and Quick Steps. ics mgmt awful, no ability to remove attachments from received emails. Sadly, back to old Outlook.

I call @qantas up and ask to be allocated to the 11am flight which they are still advertising seats for. I am told it is full so it seems they are not only cancelling flights to backfill earlier flights but selling seats they don't have.

@Qantas up to their old tricks. At 10pm I'm told via SMS my 9am flight is cancelled and I will be allocated a new flight ASAP. Now it is midnight and heard nothing. Check the app and I am on the 8am flight with QF expecting me to have a psychic moment and arrive an hour earlier.

Using Edge's Copilot I get the same answers as Grok, without a 'premium' subscription. It is only premium if it offers some sort of additional value. Making people pay for what are hygiene factors e.g. ability to edit, is not good business. It actually makes you less competitive.
