Fly @British_Airways they say…! Carnage at the boarding gate with no organisation and now been sat on the tarmac for over an hour with a full plane. Good start to the trip… is this the best a major airline can do.

@British_Airways week since only 1 bag arrived from last Fridays flight to Abu Dhabi that flew without anyone’s luggage. You can’t make this up. Now being sent in circles to find other bag with missing bridesmaid dresses. Don’tgive me the std reply you send everyone.
