@ErikMusiek @jonykipnis I found comfort in the President’s words too. It has been disheartening to see people struggle to unequivocally call out evil when they see it. It should be possible to have empathy for the innocent in Gaza while also be unwavering in denouncing terrorist actions.

@jonykipnis The President is resolute here and says exactly what needs to be said. Unfortunately, it's clear that many in academia and on the US political left have become strange bedfellows with Islamic extremism, which is disturbing.

@RoxanaDaneshjou @CorySimpsonMD @Dr_vron Downside was I wasn't eligible for boards until after my final year residency, so I took them 1 year after the residents that I started my PGY2 year with. Upside was I took both peds derm and adult derm boards back to back and had uninterrupted research 4/

@RoxanaDaneshjou @CorySimpsonMD @Dr_vron I got permission from ABD to do my fellowship in peds derm after my PGY3 year (so my PGY4 )3rd year of derm residency) was actually my peds derm fellowship), and then after my fellowship I completed my adult derm residency and started postdoc 80/20 3/
