I have no thoughts on the individual. But the point is a person's political leanings can’t be a cause to restrict access to commercial organisations. I know it says it was because he failed the thresholds. But why does it need to be backed up with “and by the way, we don’t like him”?

I remember when I moved to London I couldn’t open an account at Lloyd’s in Crouch End because they didn’t accept the Irish passport as valid ID. I didn’t go on Newsnight to complain; I just went next door to Barclays. Nigel is such a drama Queen.

@datfreakyderp @AndertonVincent @TraciiGuns I’m in Europe, our unit of measurement has nothing to do with the price. Even so, these prices have been adjusted to US gallons for a fair comparison. I can also promise you that the public transport system is about the same as the US in cities and non existent in rural areas.

@AndertonVincent @TraciiGuns Two things on why it's higher in Europe. One-they buy petrol by the liter, not by the gallon. It takes roughly 3.75 liters for 1 gallon. Two-they have better public transportation where people don't need to depend on their car.
