@bigchaz Hey Charles, Could you send us a feedback report from within the app? Choose the application menu "Kyno" - "Send Kyno Feedback..." and press "Send Feedback". This will send us your log files and hopefully contain information about the problem.

@lesspainsoft Im trying to convert a small section of file - and Kyno keeps failing and telling me Im out of space, though the target director is a NAS with 200 TB of space...any ideas?

Hey @lesspainsoft and @Signiant what is the story on downloading of old Kyno releases? I’ve been seeing quite a few comments of late that download links have been removed since the Signiant purchase. I hope Signiant doesn’t ruin the goodwill @rmk234 has built up over the years

@lesspainsoft soooooo if we wanted to buy a license we can't? I Know y'all been acquired by @Signiant but that doesn't change the fact that id like to buy this product right now and your buy page redirects to a PSA about the acquisition...... Help

@restlesspix @jchichignoud @_mchristensen Indeed. We are in the final phase of finishing Kyno 1.9 and a CSV import (for Resolve) is currently being developed. We were discussing extending this to ALE, so this datapoint helps.

@restlesspix Yeah, metadata-wise FCPX is much better. The fragmentation with some stuff ending up in XMP, other things in FCPXML makes things more difficult in a Premiere workflow. To be fair, FCPX was able start on a blank slate :-)

@restlesspix Currently what you can import back into Kyno is anything Premiere exports in XML, which, I think, doesn't include these as they are likely stored in XMP (description might be different). Let us take a look at this.

@thepackman Sorry for the slow response. Currently you can only use tags for this purpose. We do plan to add custom fields in the future but cannot commit to a timing yet.
