I'm such a miserable person when I don't have something to do. when I am creatively stagnant, unable to make art. I used to write all of the time...I would paint, sew costumes.. now it feels like sometimes I can barely draw. I'm lonely, I'm tired, I'm uninspired.

@MarkDixneuf Perhaps that's true. I've also seen photographs of scientific expeditions, people's feasts, and even passport photos for sale! Relatives of the deceased often sell them off, some find them in abandoned buildings, and others... well :c

When I wrote the ending of the Isterik modern AU, I kept the real fates of those years in mind. When my great-grandma fled the occupied territory in 1941, someone stole the suitcase containing my grandfather's letters and photographs. All that remains of him is only her memories.
