@mikeachimugu01 Every time cabin crew ask passengers to switch off phones, some adults still refuse. I don’t get it. It’s a simple safety instruction yet we struggle to comply. If we can’t follow small rules, how will we handle the big ones? Actions must have consequences.

When cabin crew ask you to turn off your phone before takeoff/landing, simply comply. I can't understand why simple routine issues would lead to incidents like this. Passengers need to understand that they have responsibilities, not just rights. Will address this after more details become clearer by tomorrow.
