Important to note: 3y timeline is for advent of these changes to vast majority of workforce. It will certainly take time for job displacement to trickle through the economy AFTERWARDS. That said the window of time where jobs will still look the way they do today is small.

It is likely that we only have ~3 years remaining where 95% of human labor is actually valuable (i.e. earns you money) Most people haven't realized this yet. It is also likely that this will be the end of our current iteration of labor-based capitalism.

@OneJKMolina And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

The Plan To Make $100k/Month Profit With 3 Hours A Day. My businesses looked big but were small: $125k/month SaaS. (But $15k/month for myself.) $150k/month community. (But $20k/month for myself.) It felt good to hit big numbers but the voice in my head wouldn't go away: "How much are you taking home?" A few months ago I decided to listen to that voice. And simplified the business ruthlessly: - Capped spots. - Stopped ads. - Removed sales team. - Sold everything with text. - Put out 75% less content. The goal was to cut costs and focus on one metric: Profit. The transition was tricky. But one day I woke up to the most money I've ever had in my bank account (even after selling a company). The plan for 2024 is to keep going down this path and hit $100k/month profit for myself. Post-taxes. Post-expenses. Post-splitting with my business partner. That’s $100k/month I can take home and do whatever I want with. Here's The Plan: 1. Grow my socials my way. No fancy editing, forced creation or things I don't enjoy making. I don't believe in tailoring yourself to a niche, but in tailoring a niche to you. 2. Invite people every day to join the LikesAintCash.com Newsletter. This is where I’ll send subscribers a daily insight and make them a daily offer so that they get more clients at any follower count. 3. Host workshops to introduce people to my methods. A customer is worth 100 leads. I'll sell $100-$300 day-passes to the workshops I'll host for my community anyway. Some customers will naturally see the benefit of joining. Rather than chasing leads, I'll focus my energy on customers. 4. Make It Easy To Buy A prospect at rest tends to stay at rest. A prospect in motion tends to stay in motion. I'll sell at the lowest possible "now" number so people can see the value and choose to stay. I'm not shooting for the big screenshots anymore. I'm shooting for LTV and recurring revenue. 5. Grow the Cash Creators Community to 100 active members. This year I want to help more people. Which is why I've made it easier and cheaper to get access to all my stuff in a new community. Will offer email subscribers lower prices and better perks than social media followers. 6. Sell Access. The goal is getting community members to take an extra $20,000 home every month. For most, the community will do. For those who want more access to me I'll sell consulting packages or 1-1 calls as needed. 7. Raise Prices Periodically. As the quality and quantity of the members increase, so does the value of the community. I'll raise prices periodically to keep the quality high and allow me to focus on product over acquisition. 8. Partnerships. 97% of your audience is probably never going to buy anything. 2% are going to spend a few hundred bucks. 0.9% are going to become clients. And 0.1% are going to become partners you can make life changing money with. That's who I'm optimizing for. That's the plan. But last year's burnout taught me not to build without boundaries. So this time I'm setting them straight from day 1: 1. I don't do maybe's. I only accept a yes or a no. If someone is a maybe I'd rather focus my energy on finding a yes. 2. No more than 3 hours of work per day. We get paid for the quality of our work, not the quantity. I've found my quality and happiness decline after 3 hours. So that's where I'm capping it. 3. I'll cap spots. With unlimited scale comes unlimited stress. My goal is filling our 100 spots consistently rather than taking an unlimited amount every month. This is the plan. All that's left is execution. I'll keep updating you as I go.

my bf enforced a writing routine where we write for 30 minutes as soon as we wake up, before coffee. Then we share beats with each other + the awful parts we had to push through to keep going. We’re on day 6 and it’s radicalized me. So much avoiding before this. I love this man
