@DaveAtherton20 My 1st job at East Ham station 1989, i was 17, hate everything about the place now sadly.

My nan, grandad, mum & uncle lived in East Ham until they were bombed out in the Blitz & were moved to Nottingham. This is the station today, celebrating Ramadan.

I passed King William Court in Chelmsford a brand new development of 98 luxury apartments, today Wonderful position opposite Chelmsford Cathedral Seemingly not occupied by successful Chelmsford residents but requisitioned to house asylum seekers No citizen ever agreed to this

@London_W4 There is a pub in Essex that has hot cross buns hanging from the ceiling instead of those balloons. They put one up every year, writing the year on it. There are a couple of hundred of them.

Any pub that sells cheese rolls from a plastic container is good with me. And those coloured stars on the optics. Love ‘em. And if you like balloons in the shape of just about everything you can imagine, this is the pub for you. The beer poster made me laugh too.
