@FedExhelpUK I'm a small online business, I used fedex service via #parcel2go. Fedex 1st time deliver the parcel in the bin on bin day collection. Now 2nd things, been more than 2 weeks still no track of the parcel and customers file for refund which put me out of pocket. Unacceptable

I'm sorry, @Parcel2Go officially has the worst customer service known to delivery. We sent a package to @PoetryBookSoc two weeks ago - TWO WEEKS!! - they have not delivered it. #Evri accepts that they misplaced the parcel & didn't deliver it, yet Parcel2Go is rejecting our claim.
