You can easily tell who grew up on CE as their very first Halo title by the Halo takes they say on twitter versus who clearly grew up on post Halo 2 and 3. You can also tell when someone’s first game was a Halo game in the 2000’s

@lewzhizz @MetaDemonReal Have you considered that maybe this studio isn't fit to make Halo games? They've screwed up with Halo 4, 5, Infinite, and botched MCC for years. Why should they still be allowed to make Halo games?

If you guys want my opinion on them remaking halo 2-3, we don’t know what they look like. But halo 2 anniversary is already perfect so it’ll be hard to top that overall (just rerelease it on ps) But when it comes to halo 3? Yeah they need to fix that game because it’s not perfect

@lewzhizz @MetaDemonReal So they screw up several times in a row, and you're like, "it's ok, they'll do better next time." So if the CE remake is ass, and you give Halo 7 a chance, andd that also is ass, will you finally draw the line, and agree they need to go?

@scifiguy_117 @MetaDemonReal Well yes! Halo 4 in retrospect was a disappointment especially in multiplayer and while halo 5s story was not good their multiplayer was miles better. Infinite was an improvement to both SP and MP but was disappointingly cut short before any story continuation could come about

@lewzhizz @MetaDemonReal It is that. They've screwed up every time. Why should we trust them to remake the game that started it all? The preview showed they don't understand CE. If this sucks, are you gonna give them ANOTHER pass??

@OmniandSnazzy With how every uproar on S2 was dispelled one episode later I just don’t assume that they would reveal Rodan just to reverse a point in the movies. Dougherty is directly involved with this show I doubt his movie would be the one it contradicts

@DeplorableMoose @MetaDemonReal A lot of end game cut content is what was rewritten into halo 3 so as long as it doesn’t conflict with how halo 3 plays out then I’m cool with cut content

@MetaDemonReal Only reason for a Halo 2 remake is to add in the content that was cut out. Which I imagine they would have already planned on doing.

@MetaDemonReal Cut content would be great as long as it’s not content that conflicts with the story beats adapted for halo 3s rewritten story

Halo 2 can be fixed too by changing how much health brutes have, better audio cues, cut content being added (duh), and maybe experiment on the dual welding some more. Honestly this could be for both, but I would love to have more prequel missions like CER is doing, it be cool

@MetaDemonReal I would also like to see balancing changes on some of halo 2s more infamous legendary encounters.

@MetaDemonReal What would be nice is if cut content can be added back to the remakes With the new content coming to Campaign evolved it would be great to see some of halo 2s cut content that doesn’t conflict with the story direction halo 3 took would be interesting to see.

@ryanator109 @Based_SpaceGoji GvK did fine with scale. GxK tried something interesting with scale and the hollow earth but it instead just made everything feel small. Egypt, Rome, and Brazil were okay on scale but animation quality felt lacking instead

@lewzhizz @Based_SpaceGoji When watching it you don’t notice it though, I never noticed it. Much prefer that than whatever we’ve been getting after KOTM

The fact that in about 7 years Godzilla will be able to stand on one of those aircraft carriers still boggles my mind

@Slinkeratoz @Xero_Reality We didn’t need a sequel after 3. I’d rather them remake the original trilogy and any new story editions be prequel or spin off.

@InfiniteGrunt Halo 3 is almost 20 years old and was impacted by a rushed development. It absolutely could use a facelift to bring it up to speed. The fact it didn’t get an anniversary like 2 did was insane

Halo 3 (alongside Half-Life 2) is the *LAST* game on this planet that needs a remake, let alone what that’s just gonna be another Infinite asset flip. Please, let’s not do this. There are SO MANY OTHER HALO GAMES YOU CAN MAKE WE DO NOT NEED MORE REMAKES

@lewzhizz @Based_SpaceGoji Actually this isn’t a problem with Godzilla 2014, in fact this is one of the great things about the film. Like trust me this size change is intentional, it’s similar to what Brad Bird did with The Iron Giant and honestly more films should be doing it
