There're almost 20M unregistered. If Kasongo uses the much he is stealing to bribe most opposition strongholds, we are doomed. The only way is >15M voting for youth candidate.Otherwise fighting over Wamunyoro's PR won't bring any change. The old mubaba isn't even vying,is he🤔?

Tigoni police station, you are holding a young lady who is a rape victim! You have colluded with her perpetrator to deny her justice! Her young son is outside your police station in the cold! What kind of inhumane behavior is that? Worse still, you are refusing to issue her aunt, the only close relative who had given her shelter at the time of arrest with an O.B number. That level of impunity MUST end. Her aunt has called me to try plead with you but you have an insolent male officer on duty who chose to hang up demanding that they come tomorrow. They are not leaving the station UNTIL you process and or release the victim by the book! You want to pretend tomorrow that SHE was never at that station? We already know what you are capable of when Kenyans look the other way even for a minute!! I am personally taking up the matter and will ensure the OCS and the complicit officers are prosecuted. OCS Christine & your officers! We shall see where that impunity hides in the face of the law!! Share widely! @DCI_Kenya @IG_NPS @fidakenya @thekhrc

What a funny question, "where is the leader?" That's how the British created paramount chiefs in Africa. They would invade an African community, have no time to waste on knowing who they are, and then arrogantly ask "take me to your leader." Most Africans would then be puzzled, maybe point to the most prominent person of the community. The British would then dutifully declare that that person is the paramount chief, tell him to put his fingerprint on some paper, and then write in some anthropology book that the Africans had accepted the tutelage of the British crown. Where's your leader? My God, what a joke. It doesn't occur to her that other countries have different political philosophies. Leadership isn't about visibility. But how would a British subject know that when their monarchs ride on horse-drawn carriages, get crowned while sitting on old stones and holding shiny rocks? What a joke.

At some point, we are going to have to publicly vouch for a leader we believe in and for me that person is former Chief Justice David Maraga. And this is not about who is trending or making the most noise. It’s about what actually makes sense for this country right now. We are dealing with a system that is broken at the core. Corruption has become normal. Public money disappears with no consequences. Institutions that are supposed to protect us have been captured. And every election cycle, we are given promises that sound good but change nothing. What stands out to me about Maraga is simple, he is not selling us miracles. He is saying, fix the foundation first!! ~Rule of law. ~Respect the constitution. ~Independent institutions. ~Actual consequences for corruption. That might not sound exciting, but if we are being honest, that is exactly what Kenya is bleeding from. You cannot fix the economy when money is being stolen. You cannot fix healthcare when systems are looted. You cannot fix education when leadership has no accountability. For once, here is someone saying ,let’s deal with the root. And we have seen him before. When he was Chief Justice, he made decisions that were not popular, but they were right. He showed that the law can stand above power. That matters!! Because what we are missing in this country is not intelligence, it is integrity. This does not mean he is perfect. No leader is. And supporting someone does not mean you stop questioning them. In fact, it means you hold them to an even higher standard. But if we are going to move forward, then we have to stop playing safe. We have to start being honest about the kind of leadership we want. For me, I choose someone who understands that without accountability, nothing else works. That is why I am backing David Maraga.
