@12deg_beaufort @EuropeanRailTT This kind of train number in Poland is assigned for each departure, Trains with same route and stops have different numbers. The system NS is introducing is closer to the ones used in Switzerland and Norway, where the next train with the same route has same number (like metro)

They are even coded for example train from Gdynia to Zakopane is TLK53170, while the same train in other direction is TLK35170
