La vela de ayer probablemente fue de capitulación, se llevó por delante los stops que estaban acumulados en esa zona y provocó liquidaciones en cadena. Ahora $SPY intenta armar un piso para rebotar, pero el punto clave es la zona roja, donde se juntan las EMAs. Ahí es donde el precio tiene que “probar” que quiere subir. Si logra recuperar ese bloque y sostenerse, el rebote tiene sentido; si lo rechazan otra vez, todavía puede faltar más construcción antes de ver una subida más limpia.

¿Qué hago el fin de semana como trader? Primero: vuelvo a oxigenar el cerebro. Duermo, camino, hago ejercicio, comparto con mi familia, me desconecto y dejo que el sistema nervioso se regule. Si llegas al lunes drenado, el mercado te gana con una sola cosa: urgencia y cansancio. Y después sí: preparo la semana. Abro el journal, repaso dos o tres errores, marco niveles, armo mi watchlist y dejo escenarios listos. Nada de pasar 6 horas pegado en la computadora. El fin de semana no es para “operar”.
