Resource experimentation. After finished the Win condition of the game , I've started exploring resource gathering and how players could get the resources to play cards without using cards for it. The reason is to avoid dead draws, where when user has enough resources and then will draw yet another resource. Im experimenting with terrain harvesting, but needs to balance it to allow players to have enough resources to play their cards. #Unity #IndieDev #GameDev #IndieGame #MadeWithUnity #TradingCardGame #Roguelike #HollowCrown @unity

@MrReeceballa "If I get given £10mil it's tax free, if I work for £10million I pay 60% tax" This is is a fair point. How can wealth not amass at the top under such a tax system?

Respectfully, is he being intentionally dense? I’m not an economist and I understood this easily, why is it so difficult for Gary, a man who calls himself an economist, to understand it?

@Birdyword I understand your intension, but I believe the building architecture should match the church and the castle on the background, I believe it would be more pleasing, this classical roman architecture is nice , but does not fit the place

Many people do not seem to want data centres built near them, despite the fact that they don't cause that much traffic and often generate a lot of local tax revenue. I suspect it's partly because they're ugly! My proposal:

This isn't about the rich or the poor , it's about the middle class, who bear the brunt of everything. They're the majority. They're the backbone of any functioning society. They pay the largest share of taxes, qualify for virtually no welfare benefits, and watch inflation erode their purchasing power week after week. They do everything right and still fall behind. They are the ones who cant afford a child.

I work and I live with the perspective that there are others in my life I want to cherish and share my existence with. There's no interest for me in a life where I'm alone in a world where I objectively killed the others and can no longer trust anyone around me. You can call that weak-minded. I call it being honest with yourself. The only scenario where I die is if the majority decided to kill others. And that says everything about them, not about me.

@lgrodev @FabianLiberty @MrBeast You should work on your comprehension skills because you’ve misunderstood my reply. Obviously the language barrier but I called YOU weak-minded for killing yourself, not blue voters. If you press blue, you do it with understanding that death is a likely or probable consequence

Its insane that @MrBeast created a moral dilemma that any rational person immediately realizes isn't a dilemma at all, but socialists with suicidal empathy outnumber us and kill half the planet. It's actually genius. Anyone who presses the Blue button is a threat to society.
notsoErudite@notsoErudite

Since everyone was very curious my answer, my answer is obviously blue. Gotta save the naive, the kids, the blue lovers, and the principally hope-pilled people. You red button pickers need therapy.

Nobody who pressed blue "chose to kill themselves" , they chose the option where everyone lives. Calling that a form of self harm is like saying someone crossing on a green light "chose to get hit" because a driver ran the red. The blue presser didn't create the danger, the red presser did. Calling blue voters "weak-minded" for caring about others is just reframing empathy as a deficiency because you can't actually counter the moral argument. And here's the irony: red only works as a strategy because blue voters exist. If everyone thought this way, you'd inherit a world composed entirely of people who would sacrifice anyone to survive. Good luck building anything there.

@lgrodev @FabianLiberty @MrBeast If you kill yourself because someone else chose to kill themselves that’s the fault of the first person who killed themselves not you. Red still is the correct option, you just made blue an option that kills some weak-minded Red voters.

Death comes for all of us eventually. That's not the question. The question is what you're willing to let die before it arrives. I have a moral duty to protect the people I love. If I pressed red and watched one of them die for it, I'd kill myself on the spot. So red doesn't save me. It just changes how I die. Blue is the only button that actually lets me live.

@lgrodev @FabianLiberty @MrBeast The one who threatened violence is the one who invited people to join the death game. The ones who made it a shitshow were the ones who agreed to join the death game.
