Any suggestions on what to do when @MerrillLynch @MerrillEdge refuses to help me get my 1099 form for my CMA account. Spent more than an hour on phone but everyone was helpless and most had no sympathy.

@amazon I understand it’s a busy time for deliveries but I have delays about 70% of the time, today I had a window of 430-830, changed to 6:30-1000. Now it’s 7:30-10:30. These delays happen way too often. Please see what is going on in SF One suggestion: HIRE MORE PEOPLE
