Hi @ODEONCinemas can you advise on your refund and complaints procedure? During the IMAX viewing of Superman @ Wimbledon, technical issues saw the picture lost or blurry for 40 mins, yet I am told I can’t get a refund? Poor customer service #odeon #odeonwimbledon

@CrypticTano @ODEONCinemas I contacted Odeon customer service, who ignored my request for a refund 🤣 stating that technical issues do sometimes happen, and that I should have spoken to a team member. I did, as did half the cinema-goers. I don’t feel taken seriously.
