If you're a creative person, you know that the greatest art you've produced has come from the struggle--the agony, the broken heart, writer's block, the misery of trying to work around your limitations of talent or technology.
AI destroys the struggle, and thus can't make art.

Some really be like “look at people be so creative with AI!” and all they’ve done is type in a prompt, generate 150 clips, and edited 10 of them into a video. Yawn.

This is not what Diplo is saying. Diplo is one of the most creative talents of this generation.
He is saying that creators need to use all the tools at their disposal, not to fear them.
AI has no ability to think, esp nonlinearly (which Diplo excels at).
