League statement:
“The AFL is working with the MCG to investigate the matter.
A patron threw a soft drink bottle at the final siren towards Hawthorn players.
The alledged offender was not from the Swans cheersquad and his identity is currently unknown.
We have the best fans in the world, but throwing objects at players will never be acceptable and if caught you will lose the privilege of being able to attend the footy.
Victoria Police will now investigate the matter with assistance from the MCG, which will provide all relevant information.” @1116sen

Collingwood has come to the rescue of footy fans for its upcoming game against GWS on Fri night of Rnd3.
The Pies are subsidising the reserved seat cost for all remaining GA seats on levels 1 and 3 at Marvel Stadium.
So tickets just $27, including the normal reserved seat cost.
Further, Pies just $3 on the night and mid-strength beers $8.
You've gotta love that.

The AFL will now work closely with home-game clubs to declare games fully-ticketed. Fan fury has erupted over the practice, which requires members to pay more $ on top of annual fees. The three fully-ticketed games this year have fallen short of forecasting. The declaration of fully-ticketed games has been the responsibility of the hosting club, but the league now getting involved. No fully-ticketed games to come over the next fortnight.

Ben King's decision is less about football and more about lifestyle for him and his partner. Collingwood, Hawthorn and Geelong interested (as you would be). Suns would love a decision - ideally him staying - so they can navigate Jed Walter's next contract.
