Sacking Ten Hag in June would have cost United around £10m. Doing it now, after the one-year extension, will cost around £17.5m. That's around half the amount the club saved from making 250 employees redundant.
hey @pjvazel, UK-based BBC national radio producer here. I wanted to reach out with media request re: your Sprinting world records blog. Could you potentially audio interview about it tomorrow morning? Thank you.
I shouldn't complain, because Google Maps is a free service, but it's regularly defeated by British roads. It will often prefer a route that no sane person would choose, using 20 different roads to save 5 minutes. We call a route like this a "Google Maps special".
@GeorgeMatlock Hey George, radio producer at BBC 5 Live here. I believe you're a Scottie enthusiast. Thought you could be good for an audio interview in the morning. Please drop me an @ if you're interested.
