I looked at his competition in 2025 to find some games against actual good coverage and only found Texas Tech where you will see everything you mention come to light. The same thing started happening to him the following week vs Arizona until he got hurt.
Sorry to all the fan boys but when I scout, I look at the player against the best competition he saw and not just highlights

What am I missing with Jordyn Tyson???
I can’t even count the number of times I’ve heard “he’s the best WR in this class.”
But he was not great in contested-situations (career 52.4% success-rate; above 50% in only 1/3 seasons).
He adds little to nothing as a YAC-threat (career 5.1 YAC/reception; .081 MTF/reception).
& for a guy who’s supposedly such a great route-runner – he had just a 41st percentile success-rate vs Man Coverage (via @RecepPerception).
Tyson’s Recruiting Grade, best-season PFF Receiving Grade, & NFL.com Grade are also all worse than Carnell Tate’s & Makai Lemon’s.
If he’s clearly “the best” WR in this class “if not for injury” – then how come almost none of the data says he is???

I know he really wants his 2027 pick back.. and as it stands these players (Tyson and skat) aren’t enough to have him come close to winning the league this year, so there’s that. Depends on what your team needs. I like Tyson at 1.02 a lot due to the system and Olave in place at WR1
Pierce is tradeable imo
Skat can be a high rb2 upside due to the touchdown ability and he can catch the ball.
I’d probably do that trade!

Nate Boerkircher
He wasn’t productive (38 career receptions in 52 career games; below 10 receptions each of his first 4 seasons; never above 200 yards).
He’s not athletic (4.40 shuttle; DNP in every other drill).
He can’t break tackles (never broke more than 1 broken tackle in a single-season; career .078 MTF/reception).
He gains no yardage after-the-catch (career 4.3 YAC/reception).
& he’s not even that good of a blocker (below a 70.0 PFF Run-Block Grade until his 5th & final season).
Not only is he bad at everything – but he also isn’t good at anything.
Just a genuine, total waste of RD2 capital.

Colts WR Alec Pierce underwent ankle surgery and is expected to miss around three months.
The procedure was described as a “clean up,” and he won’t participate in OTAs but is still on track to be ready for training camp.
