マレスカチェルシーの試合を見てやれると確信したシャビ・アロンソ。 ただしアプローチの仕方は全然違う。マレスカは数的優位をベースにパスワークで前進する。なので相手の出方によってその都度フォーメーションを弄る必要があった。選手のオフザボールの考え方は数的優位に立つ為のポジション取りで速いパスワークを実現するのが目的。一方、シャビ・アロンソの考え方はボールも人も動くスタイル。この練習を見てると起点となる1人目がパスを出した後すぐ受ける為に即座にポジションを取るトレーニングをしている。 パスコースは足元ではなく常にスペースへというロジックだ。前にトゥヘルの時もスペースへのパスの優位性を説明したが受け手がボールへアジャスト出来る分パス交換の精度が格段に上がる。チェルシーはポテンシャルの高い選手が揃ってるので彼らがこれを使いこなした時どれだけのパフォーマンスが出来るか今から期待が高まる。 ※エステヴァンとJPの3本のポールを使ったドリル ポールは敵を想定しており、パスを受けたらかわしてスペース(残りの2本のポールの間)へ出す。 パスを出したら素早くスペースへ動きパスを受ける準備をする。 かわしてパス→動いて受ける→かわしてパス→繰り返し かわす方向はどちらでもよくそれを見てどこのスペースへ走り込むかを判断するのでミニゲームとして成り立つ。
