If @RomfordRecorder wants to publish a story why don’t they look into why @TfL are allowing vehicles and drivers licensed by Wolverhampton @WolvesCouncil to work in London? They reputedly have extremely lax procedures in place when it comes to licensing Private Hire and Minicabs.
