@lewyitfc @tombaines88 Yeah for subjective decisions like pens and reds. Offside is black and white and he was on even if it took them forever to finally come to that.

@lewyitfc @tombaines88 But clear and obvious doesn't factor in for offside. It's either off or not and the time is due to having to draw the lines. But saying that had they brought in semi automated then it would be done in seconds
