You actually can’t do this because even if you convince a majority of people to support a law a federal district court can just say “Nuh-uh” and decide that the Constitution entitles illegals to public services because it just does.
And that’s just a state law. We’re not getting any federal laws passed until we find a way to bypass the tyranny of the judiciary.
