This is the first study to apply a data-driven, machine-learning approach to identify a generalizable and specific neuromarker of risk for problem-level cannabis use, paving the way for future efforts to develop more effective interventions for problem-level cannabis use.

Thrilled to share our new paper, now in press @BiologicalPsyc1, where we apply a connectome-based approach to identify a problem cannabis risk network, which was externally validated in 2 independent samples and specific for predicting cannabis vs alcohol use in all 3 datasets.
