我觉得你高估了日本的危机。日本是少子化老龄化，但产业并没有被中国超越。丰田还是销量第一的汽车品牌。当然日本也是扯淡，法律还能遡及过去，这还是法治国家吗？现在民族主义和排外主义太好用了。其实那些真正拥抱移民的国家，吸引人才的国家菜发展迅速。新加坡为什么独立以后可以迅速发展，就是从马来西亚吸收了杯排斥的大量华人，更不要说美国更是移民国家。

日本现在的焦点问题是少子化老龄化，工资几十年不涨，汇率在跌，民众的收入事实上在降低，过去令日本自豪的产业，纷纷被中韩超越。整个国家都处于危机之中。 合格的政治领袖应该着眼于解决这些问题，而不是盯着在日外国人。我可以说上述问题没有一个是外国人带来的。相反，总体上外国人在日本是净贡献。 日本归化从五年改为十年，并溯及既往，新法管旧人，管旧事，如此重大事项说这不是法律，只是政策执行的方式，无需经过国会同意。如此解释令我感到震惊。而国会议员无人提出异议，更令我感到震惊。法治的底层逻辑在坍塌，在国家发展出现问题的时候，政府，国会，也包括民间都在通过违法的方式找替罪羊，而且似乎没有纠错的力量制衡。 想想看，一个人基于政府公开的文件，规划自己的人生，最后申请入籍，结果一个政策未经国会辩论，没有过度期，就直接改变，已经在途的申请即刻作废。信赖保护原则何在？这是一个政府整个体系的背信。 日本会在这样的政府领导下走出困局么？我不信。
